Too many people of the 'Digital Generation' have a mindset to use technology to make a quick buck and get out. This doesn't build business relationships - and that's probably why many are not around anymore.

A product is not finished until it is exactly the way a client wants it. Diligent IS stands behind its work and takes responsibility for all services or products provided by any resource.

To really take advantage of technology you have to start with the big picture, and then work into the details after you have a clear vision of that picture. Most programmers and consultants can't do this - they miss the business value of the technology. Very few clients have preferences on the exact technology that gets implemented, and our versatility allows us to implement what is needed on a client by client basis. What our clients value is the ability to see the "big picture."
